Langostinos cocidos is a Murcian classic starter. Normally lightly salted, more so when the restaurateur wants to sell more beer.Always good, nothing but fresh seafood and salted cooking water. Very Murcian.
We were trying to get Murcian support for our cookbook but it proved futile so this is it for a while. And hey, we are still looking for a publisher and-or sponsors... What a great gift or souvenir from sunny Murcia to a gastronomy aficionado back home, or just plain good fun to explore the Murcian gastronomy for yourself!
